We are positioning 2020 behind us. A year in which our business, our people and our customers were stress tested like never before. We are committing it to memory and channelling the learning to fuel and energise our ambition. Our trajectory remains unaltered, and for this we are more grateful than ever before to our staff and customers the loyalty and generosity that make us sustainable against any odds.
Our commitment going forward is to these two stakeholder groups first. There will never be a better time than now to either work for or do business with us. Through a series of initiatives currently in development we aim to concentrate on and reward the people that make us the rare exception, and that pilot us to new heights.
To mark the occasion of this, we are revising our brand and retaining only what we need to define who we are. Every time we see the new brand, we will be reminded of those who participated in making the future possible. It will also keep us centred on who we are loyal to first and that our journey together should remain enjoyable and rewarding always.
