ALUMINUM 4-BLADE SWEPT PROPELLERS

For nearly 40 years, Raisbeck has worked with Hartzell Propeller to deliver high-performance aluminum propellers for the Beechcraft King Air family. Following the introduction of our first generation of aluminum propellers, the Quiet Turbofan Propellers (aka “Power Props”), Raisbeck worked with Hartzell to develop a new propeller system offering state-of-the-art technology with our Swept Blade Propellers. Unlike other propellers that appear to be swept. Raisbeck’s Swpts Balde design sweeps not only the leading edge but also the trailing edge, making it possible to increase prop diameter foe greater thrust without incurring increased prop tip noise and vibration. Our unique Swepts Blade Propellers also feature tailored airfoils that extend fully into the spinner, increasing both prop efficiency and airflow into the engine. In addition, propeller hub blades are manufactured with high-strenght aluminum forgings, providing weight saving over OEM-installes propellers and are field-proven over millions of flight hours.
