By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Who may enter

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the competition.

 Who may not enter

Directors, members, partners, employees, contractors and consultants of the Promoter and any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, as well as any person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition, and all of the aforementioned persons’ immediate families and life partners may not enter the competition and shall not be eligible to be awarded any prizes in the competition.

 Competition period

The competition starts on Friday 8 March 2019 and closes at midnight on Sunday 31 March 2019, however to the fullest extent permitted by the law, the duration of the competition may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Promoter.

 Charges to enter

Each entry is free of charge.

You may enter as many times per day as you want, but there will be no carryover of entries into the following days draw.

 Draws and Prizes

On 1 April 2019 there will be a lucky draw from which 3 people randomly drawn will be the winners of a Share the Rush experience with Jason Beamish.

 The competition and all random draws are audited.

 Winners of a Share the Rush experience with Jason Beamish need to claim and use their prize flight by no later than 30 September 2019. No prize flights will take place after 30 September 2019.

 All prize flights will take place from Lanseria International Airport, and depart from the Promoter’s Advantage Lounge at Hangar 102.

 The Promoter will communicate and try to accommodate prize winners as best possible to schedule prize flights as most convenient to prize winners, before 30 September 2019.

 Notification of the winners

The Promoter will use its reasonable efforts to contact the winner telephonically, by calling the number that was used to enter the competition.

 If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after reasonable efforts to do so as set out above, then that person’s right to be entered into the final draw and stand a chance of winning the Prize will be deemed to have been waived, and the Promoter may then randomly draw another qualifier from the pool of entrants.

 During the week after the closing of the competition, the name of the winner will be announced on the Absolute Aviation Group Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram pages and website. The winner will also be informed via email and telephone.

 The chosen winners has 24 hours to contact or confirm acceptance of the prize. After 24 hours the prize will be revoked and redraw will be done by the judges.

 By entering the competition, the entrant gives the Promoter the right to publish the prize winners’ names and photographs in any advertising, promotional material or event, or print, at any point of sale or in any public relations material. The nature and manner of such releases are to be determined within the sole discretion of the Promoter and shall be for a period of 12 months after the date that the prize winners are determined, after being publicly announced as the prize winners of the competition. The prize winners expressly consents to the foregoing rights of the Promoter. The prize winners consent to the Promotion using such photographs and other promotional material it may at its sole discretion for a period of three years. This consent may not be withdrawn by the prize winners prior to its expiration of three years of the date of commencement of the lucky draw winner.


By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry.

 All information relating to this competition, including information on the Absolute Aviation Group website and any other promotional material forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.

 By entering the competition the prize winners give the Promoter the right to process prize winners’ personal information and to validate prize winner entries. No entry will be considered valid until this validation process has taken place.

 All entrants warrant that the information provided by them is true, correct and factual. Any of the following acts including, but not limited to; dishonesty, misrepresentation, fraud, identity theft and the like on an entrants part is an immediate disqualification of such entry. If such person is chosen as the winner of the competition, such draw will be declared void and will result in a further draw being held and a new winner declared.

 If any winner is under the age of 18 years of age at the time the Prize is awarded to him/her, then the Promoter will invalidate the entry and will redraw a new winner.

 Under no circumstances can any aspect of this Prize be transferred, amended, extended or exchanged for cash.

 The prize must be collected by the prize winners on such date and at such place as determined by the Promoter in its discretion. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by a winner in claiming or utilizing the Prize.

 All risk in and ownership to the Prize shall pass to the winners on collection thereof.

 At the end of the competition, all of the Promoter’s obligations in regard to the competition as well as in regard to the Prize shall terminate.

 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the competition and/or these terms and conditions, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence may be entered into.

 The Promoter is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any entry or participant if it believes there has been any irregular, fraudulent or mala fide conduct by, or on behalf of, such participant, and will not be obliged to notify participants of entries that are rejected.

 The Promoter may refuse to award the Prize if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities, mala fide or fraudulent practices by, or on behalf of, any person claiming the Prize.

 The competition is also subject to, and must be read in conjunction with, the Promoter’s existing terms and conditions applicable to the use of its products and services.

 If the competition is held to be or becomes unlawful or if the Promoter is required by the Minister of Trade and Industry or the National Consumer Commission or WASPA, to alter any aspect of the competition, then to the full extent permitted by law the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition immediately and without notice, in which event all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and accept that no recourse will lie against The Promoter.

 Should the details of the running of this competition change, the Terms and Conditions will be changed accordingly.

 Non Liability

 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

a. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information

b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;

c. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;

d. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;

e. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;

f. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;

g. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or

h. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

 The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during prize winnings.

 This condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.

 Any delay or failure in the performance by either Party shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of the Party claiming Force Majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage terrorism, vandalism. accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, other than those of Seller or its suppliers, that prevent Promoter from furnishing the prize, and other like events that are beyond the reasonable anticipation and control of the Party affected thereby, despite such Party’s reasonable efforts to prevent, avoid, delay, or mitigate the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which events or the effects thereof are not attributable to a Party’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
